Yvonne K. Addison

Yvonne Addison is the President of Addison Prime which provides project management and general contracting services for the commercial construction industry. Addison Prime primarily focuses on projects in health care and industrial facilities. Yvonne oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company. It is Addison Prime’s vision to be one of the most trusted partners in the construction industry in Bexar and surrounding counties.

Prior to starting Addison Prime, Yvonne spent almost 9 years with StandardAero working in engineering, business development and facilities integration. During her time at StandardAero, she became a Lean Facilitator and led and assisted with several key continuous improvement projects employing the Lean methodology.

Yvonne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from UTSA. She also holds a Master’s Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University and is a certified Project Management Professional. Yvonne enjoys volunteering in several community and professional organizations, including the UTSA Development Board and Girls Inc. of San Antonio. She is a founding member of UTSA’s Engineering Alumni Council and is a Past President of the UTSA Alumni Association and the Junior League of San Antonio. Yvonne is married to Andrew Addison, and they have two sons.
